Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Some opinions required from you for the following areas if you have use P6 web before, please kindly give me as much details as you can and also let me know how often do/did you use P6 web.

 

Integrity

  • Type of information you can publish, i.e. what type of programme and graphs and the easiness to produce / publish them.
  • Type of information can be released ie. Programme, graphs, cost, material and labour usage and other relating analysis

Security

  • What type of permission is required to publish information on P6web
  • How would the level of security be set and permission given to personnel who can publish information and how can we ensure that this security is not breached?

Feasibility

  • What is the basic equipment, software, licenses required
  • How complicated it is to implement P6web if all users are currently using stand alone Primavera
  • What is the corporate licensing limitation

Finance

  • Cost of equipment
  • Cost of licensing
  • Sundries
  • Training
