Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have just joined a Consulting Company and would like to know what are the basic things required to check in a baseline schedule submitted by the Contractor in order to approve it.

In addition to Ron Winter’s guidelines,

It is also preferable to look at the contract regarding specification for planning and scheduling.

In one of the project I was involved, there was a general specification on planning and scheduling, so in my review, i just flag what was not included as per the specification.

The review of CPM is very important to look at the lofig in arriving at the CPM, it is really reasonable, no manipulation of logic, etc., etc.

Charlie
