Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have set up a few Surtrak users in Netset to restrict access to the master project. However when they log in it asks them the enter a path where password verification can be found. Has anyone seen this and do they know how to fix it?

I have been installing, configuring, and consulting in Primavera products for a dozen years and this is new to me.

It suggests that the Suretrack users cannot see the P3WORK directory where the passwords live, but that’s the only clue I can come up with
