(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear All

I have problem regarding resource updates and seek and an advise from you guys, the case is like this: everytime I do a weekly progress update in P3 and then export the resource loading into excel a negative values always occur. I’ve checked the P3 file and it seems that it’s been automatically updating the actual this period quantities with negative values even though the task hasn’t progressed yet. I’ve done a check on the task constraint and automatic cost/resource calculation rules, no constraint and there was no check on the link to duration & sched. %, freeze resource units per time perion, which I think should fine..

Has anyone ever encountered the same problem, or have I missed some steps in the checking procress? Please help..
