Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi to All,

!. Any body can help me, using P3 version 3.1 I’ve loaded the budgeted cost (Selling cost of project) for each activity, but the problem is, when i trying to run for monthly cashflow the generated output could not match to the budgeted cost it’s exceeding almost 10% of total budgeted cost.

2.(Budgeted cost)-(Cost to date) = Cost to complete..... these three was loaded to my program but the amount of cost to complete has wrong output most of the activity.

Thank you

Albert

i’m talking of "weighting factor", if you had used "costs" you must update your program with costs, and not with any other options.
