Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Which is better, Primavera Project Planner (P3.1) or Primavera Enterprise (P3e)? What are their pros and cons?

depends what you want primavera for

personally for just construction projects, p3 3.1 wins hands down. Have confidence in it, whereas not in p3e,too many bugs, etc and cannot do what p3 3.1 can do.
Many firms went to p3e and later returned to p3 3.1.

In 3.1 you are owner of schedule, not share with others so you know the data in it. and the coding system in 3.1 is all powerful and is not used in p3 E

So it will depend on what you use p3 for.
