Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

could anyone shine any light on why i keep getting ’booted’ out of P3 while up-dating my calendars?
the error reads:
P3 caused a General Protection Fault in module P3.exe at 0001:2BA -

P3 Will Close

Jonathon,

If it only happens in calendars then run PFXW.exe found in the P3PROGS folder, usually C:\P3WIN\P3PROGS. PFXW.hlp describes what it does.

Sounds like one of the calendars files might be damaged/corrupted.

Good Luck

Hi Jonathan
The General Protection Fault occurs usually when u have conflict of (computer) resources. There might be some memory resident programs running in the background, close them all.

Cheers
