(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi All


Can any body tell me how to link multiple activites to the same successor , actulley I tried the Global Change but i could’nt make it

I Persume You Want To Link A Group Of Activities To One Activity Or Milestone As Predecessers And You Dont Know Linking Data With Excel
Try This

First Link Manualy to One Predecessor
Open The Activity Form
Open Successor Form
Select The Linked Activity ( From Group Of Activities )
You Will See In the Form the ID of Successor
Now Copy That Actvity ID

Select another Activiity
Paste Acivity ID in The Succsessor Form
Click Another Activity
Go On

As to import from Excel, you must create a DBF file with feilds of "ACT" as the first column where you list Activity IDs of all the activities to which you wish to add the common successor to. In the second column you must have "SUC" as the field data where you will fill the common completion Activity ID. In addition you must have Fields of "LAG" which must be ’0’ and ’REL’ which must be ’FS’ for all the activities.

My problrm that these activites are not linked at all to any successo so I made a completion activity which i want to link them to thats it !! have you got the picture
by the way it was a qustion too how can i export those info to excel

I think you can export the activities with successor information, then try to do the changes in Excel and import back to P3
