Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi All,

Is there a standard report similar to the resource window, for each activity, just the budgeted quantity would be fine.I know there is a way by Matrix reports, but for than 30 resources, is there a simpler and easier way to tabulate all the budgeted quanity for each resource against all activities or selection of activities?

you can use matrix report format to create it. If you Insert the "TTL(item) in the matrix report format column, you can get the resources title, so that you can find easy to read the resources description in full against each resource ID.
The otherway is to export all summarized resources to excel sheet and create the required report.
