Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Thank you,

I must have overseen this button on the format-tab all the time.

Hello Hannes

There is no "once exported" or "Export" function in the Resource loading.. you could select from the list of reports in it or simply create and modify a report that suits your criteria... you would probably see Resource selection, Format, Selection, Timescale.. customize this according to your needs then to export to excel (just what like Steven said) the data should be exported in csv format..

Using Resource Loading as an example, on the format tab, use the option to "Export Report in CSV format". This can then be read by Excel.

Hello Christian

I like to read replies in this forum, because there are still things I can learn after many years of P3. What would be interesting is what you do between

"tabular or loading..." and "once exported" because here I don’t find a function called "Export"

thanks
Hannes

To export to excel try.. tools> tabular reports> Resource> tabular or loading... once exported it’s up to your imagination to do the rest...

Cheers!

You could preview it onsceen by pressing shit+F7 or ctrl+F7 then you can select whichever resource you would like to see (Graphical or tabular)... or you could run a graphical report in P3 or may export the resource data in excel and create the XY graph you want...
