Can someone suggest how to show the units of each resource in main P3 window? Eg the contents of the table should be:
Activity id
Activity description
Original dur
percent complete
Early start
Early finish
Resource1 units
Resource2 units
Resource3 units

and so on.

Normally, when you select Resource in table, resource id’s are shown as Res1,Res2 etc. It does not show how many units of each resrouce.

Just now I have seen your question, it seems to be an old posting, anyhow let me try to answer your question.

you can display the resources quantities for an activity in resource table. to do this, click Resource/Cost Table icon from the menu, then click select button, choose the three resources one by one under the "Low Value Resource". That’s it. you can see the resources quantities against each resources in the table(Note if your activities are overlapped, you will get summarized quantity for the resource in any specific day/week/month)

Christian,

Can you be a little more specific in steps? If you have, say, three types of resources, when you get budgeted quantity, P3 gives you the total quantity of all the three resources. What you want is quantity of each resource separately.

Hello Bijaya

What you can do is create a layout for your resources then label your bars with their corresponding quantities..
