Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Install P3 and Btreive

Hello
I have tried to install P3 on my PC and it works. But after the installation i couldn’t launch the program as an error occurs: " can’t divide by zero". So I uninstall it and tried to do the setup again. Now I am not able even to do the setup. The system is telling me that the "P3setup requires at least Btreive version6. An earlier version is detected or in use. Close other Btreive applications and rerun P3 setup"

What shall I do now? I think that something has change in my system files. Can anybody help me?

There are lot of factors on Btrieve version, like some installed software use latest Btrieve version. Window access right, etc.
Please let us have your software list and version.
btw, may I know which P3 version you try to install

Dear Sir if you have a non original Copy of Primavera and you made uninstall, the uninstall will not delete all the files of the program and the remaining files will prevent you from reinstall the program in the same operating system. The solution is to search for these files and delete it or to install another operating system.

That is my opinion I hope to ask another one, may be you receive another solution.
