Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all

 

Apologies if this has aready been asked / answered.

Can anyone guide me in the best direction on how to schedule compensation events into the project baseline? Im working under the NEC contract.

Hi James

It is the same method as described in an Impacted as Planned delay analysis method.

1. Calculate the duration of the compensation event.

2. Set this into a Sub Chart.

3. Link to the affected task(s).

4. Hit F9 and wait for the howls of protest from the CA.
