(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi members,

Can you please mail me a programme which is cost loaded in P6.

I am monitoring progress based on labour units as the project am working on with doesnt have a finalised BOQ.

I want to know how monitoring can be effectively done with cost loaded programme.

Hi Tasha,

If your activity is 100% complete then EV will be equal to actual cost of that of that that particular activity.

Yes if Auto Compute Actuals is enabled and Activity % Complete based on Activity Steps is disabled.

Tasha,

Assign a Resource with a Dollar U/P and 1 Budgeted Unit in every Resource while waiting for the BOQ.

Monitor the Progress base on Physical Accomplishment.
