Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

hi all,
i wonder if you have some ready made road schedule in primavera as a reference in preparing my construction schedule.
activities includes the following:
site clearance, cut & fill, stormwater, Curbs, elect. road crossing & street lighting, interlocking tiles, asphalt works, short term detours & traffic controls....

this is very urgent.

Dear Min,

Your thread title asks for production rate, and you messages asks for a Schedule.

Read the drawings and the BOQs, specifications, etc and sit with your construction team, make a list of the activities, then start developing your schedule. This is the best way.
