Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

P5 to P3 Converstion

When I export from P5 to P3, I’m getting negative lag on my longer duration activities?

Anyone experience this problme?

Hi all,

Whenever i am exporting a schedule from P3 to P5 , i got negative float in P5 however there was no negative float in P3 for the same schedule.

Pls advise.

I got it fixed.

Has to do with un-checking the Primary Resourse box on each item under the Resources tab on the Activity View.

Did a global change to effect all activities.

Negative lag is on the relationships. Which kinds of relationships are involved? How was the lag before?
If the float becomes negative you can check the calendars.
