(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

How primavera shows retention money deduction

For any project, in primavera 3.1 how can we show receipt of Advance Payment at the start of the project and also deduction of retention money every month from very running bills in a cash flow.

Kindly explain how primavera will show deductions from RA bills in a cash flow??????

Consider by resource instead of cost.
When update, the actual completion amount will include the advance payment.
The To completion value is less the retention
However, creat one more activity for collecting the retention
