Hi Ritesh,
as you said you are fresh. My advice is to make use of what you learn in school.
The veterans may bully you because you dont have actual experience and what you will be applying comes from textbooks. But dont be intimated, go to the fundamentals and stick to the fundamentals. As you mature, you may start to deviate from the fundamental, but then, you will always come back to the fundamentals in planning.
Believe me, a lot of PP post shows lacking in understanding of the fundamentals in planning. I did encountered a lot of senior planners but they dont know the fundamentals of planning.
Trust me because I taught planning in the University that I graduated. I know the fundamentals and I stick to the fundamentals. Others planners who talk a lot of blah, blah blah, I just let them ... You will also encounter the same.
