Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Ritesh,

as you said you are fresh. My advice is to make use of what you learn in school.

The veterans may bully you because you don’t have actual experience and what you will be applying comes from textbooks. But don’t be intimated, go to the fundamentals and stick to the fundamentals. As you mature, you may start to deviate from the fundamental, but then, you will always come back to the fundamentals in planning.

Believe me, a lot of PP post shows lacking in understanding of the fundamentals in planning. I did encountered a lot of senior planners but they don’t know the fundamentals of planning.

Trust me because I taught planning in the University that I graduated. I know the fundamentals and I stick to the fundamentals. Others planners who talk a lot of blah, blah blah, I just let them ... You will also encounter the same.

Cheers,

Charlie
