Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am a fresh graduate of Petroleum Engineering from Nigeria. I however desire a career path in Projects/Cost Engineering. All I have is the desire, I don't have the requisite knowledge of what to do and what not to do. Hence, I am in search of answers for my questions below:

1). What are the early steps I should consider

2). What are the professional certifications available for a starter like me

3). Is a ProjectPlannet a globally recognized institution to provide globally relevant training and certifications for Projects/Cost Engineering?

4). I know of AACE. How is ProjectPlannet different from AACE

5). How best to achieve my career goal.

I will appreciate swift and experienced responses.

Thanks,

Moses.
