Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Does anyone know of an aptitude test for planning ?

Hi All

I am currently going to be approaching various education centres to try and find potential junior planners.

My difficulty is finding a way to streamline the process, with planning the way a person thinks is really critical as you all know but it is difficult to judge that with looking at school reports etc.

Does anyone know of an aptitude test that is available that potential juniors could do that would test logical thinking etc. I am tempted to put one together myself but if one already exists it would make my life a lot easier.

Thanks
John

heres one for the test

give them the name of the company but the wrong floor, the right building name but the wrong number of the building.

if he cant make it to the interview he wont make it as a planner.

Bet you lose at least 50%

Hi John,

Have you tried The Rockport Institute? They specialise in aptitude testing, so it might be worth contacting them to see if they can help.
