Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi there!

I am currently facing this issue wherein when I import a program into another computer the late start and late finish dates change. So technically my entire float is changing.

Any reasons why it might be so?

I checked the calendar. It is same for both the projects.

Thanks, Zoltan. I checked the calendars and there laid the problem, holidays weren't assigned in default calendar of one computer.

1 check the calendar again if it is using the default calendar then default calendar on your computer and the compueter where it came from may be different.

2 Also check the calendar at the bottom where it says to Inherit holidays and exceptions from Global Calendar that the correct one is choosen.

3. make sure that the data date DATE and TIME are the same

4. in the calculations options make sure they are using the same way when calculating successor relationships
