Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have a schedule that is consolidating activites from a number of other programs so i can identify clashes without interlinking the  seprate plans

I need to display/highlight these to the team and majority of the team have not used/ seen primavera,

The schedule could not be any simpler (just level of effort linked to the activity in main schedules) but i would like to highlight the areas where activities overlap.

A simple way to do this?

This schedule will change hourly tagging the overlaps will be a nightmare,

I was looking for something automatic, not sure the functionality is there.

create  new code and tag the activities that overlap
