Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all,

I've been asked to give a presentation of the SPI & CPI trend of a project based on the last 12 months update. Is there a way that I can assign each update's baseline and get the CPI & SPI? Not sure how to do that if we haven't captured each month in the reports.

If you used the 'Store period performance'facility after each progress update, then you have all the raw data (planned/earned/actual) to make the spreadsheet. If not, it is quite a job. You will need to restore each baseline, and extract each period's data into a spreadsheet.
