(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

I'd like to format the lines (cells background and font color) of my projects depending on the outline level. Is there a way to do that?

Thanks,

Remi

Remi,

You can do this manually or with a macro depending upon your skillset.

To do this manually - expand all, select all, format all.  Then work your way up from the lowest outline level to highest.  Takes ~ 2 mins.

To do this automatically and instantly, set up a conditional formatting macro.  A couple of companies I know of use this effectively on all of their projects.  Google it, you'll get a couple of decent how too's
