Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

HI, does anyone have any fixes which would allow me to create a link or constraint which would hold two tasks together so that wherever they were scheduled they would stay together, ie if task one is scheduled for monday and lasts one day task two must start on tuesday or vice versa if task two was scheduled for a tuesday task one must be scheduled for monday. The logical sequence is obviously there but when you resource level there is nothing to group them together. I know it sounds simple but it aint

Hi Alex

Use a single FS link between Task A and B.

Then set task A ALAP.

If you allow the software to level your resources then it will over ride any logic that you have previously set up.

That is why it should never be used.

Best regards
