Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we finalise the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Can i view all resources?

I’ve been forced into using MSP instead of P6 for a project im working on, I can’t seem to find a way to produce a resouce histogram showing all planned resouces collectivly, I am only able to show individual resouces.

Please Please tell me there is a way to show this.

Richard,

There is also another way to show the cumulative number of resources.

Divide your MSP screen into 2, having the "Resource Sheet" at the top and the "Resource Graph" at the bottom.

Format your bar styles for the "Resource Graph" to be shown for "Selected Resources" (and optional: "Don’t show" for "Resources").

Choose the resources you want to see the cumulative number for in the "Resources Sheet" by use of CTRL or Shift, e.g. all resources: Click first resource, hold shift down, click last resource.

Regards,

Bo

MSP2003, View, Toolbars, Analysis Toolbar, Analyse Timescaled Data in Excel, Work

or Cumulative Work.

MSP2007, Report, Visual Reports, same thing.

Which version have you got?
