Guild of Project Controls: Compendium | Roles | Assessment | Certifications | Membership

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi everyone!

I am impressed by this site! It has lots of useful information and is a good resource for Project Managers. I wondered if you might be interested in linking to my site, which specialises in PRINCE2 information?

If you are looking for a suggested comment with the link perhaps this might do:

Noggon PRINCE2 Study and Reference Resource - A comprehensive resource for PRINCE2, the UK project methodology, including a search engine, colour coding and categorisation. Uniquely the site shows relationships between all aspects of PRINCE2 concepts. Designed with enough details and features to be a valuable resource for both new and experienced PRINCE2 practitioners. Be sure to download the useful PDF documents and contribute in the Forum!

Thanks so much

Cheers

Hi Ali,

Thank you for your comments. I suspect you are asking about the site rather than PRINCE2? (if not see below)

The site is based around the inter-relationships of the PRINCE2 concepts, at the centre of the sites functionality is the Crazy Colour PRINCE2 Process map this is a PDF document that links to the processes, documents and role pages on the website. The PRINCE2 processes do not follow a linear route - so a hyper-linked pdf is a perfect way to condense the information.

I hope this has given you a starter to the website - there are other things that help ofcourse, these include the search engine, forum, translation into 8 languages and feedback forms at the bottom of all pages.

If, however, you are asking about how PRINCE2 functions follow this link for a case study (I hope to have one on my site in due course) http://www.prince2.org.uk/case_studies.htm

Thanks for the comments - please keep them coming!

Cheers

Scott

Hi James, Have set up the link it will go live at the next update - in few days. Thanks Scott Spence http://www.noggon.com/p2/
Hi Scott,

Jake’s on a leave-of-absence, so I have actioned your request. Sorry it has taken so long to get something as simple as this link sorted. Can you add a link to the Planning Planet ?

I have added a link and will be back to the Prince 2 site to have a more in-depth look.

Regards....James
