Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

  • Contractor to provide a critical path (as-built versus as-planned) schedule analysis for the Work assigned to Contractor which takes into account concurrent delays and the delays caused by Contractor.

As a contractor we submitted Global Claim at end of project (Civil+MEP) , As per above statement from Client I feel it's confusing they asking Two Schedule Analysis method together , critical path schedule analysis at this end of project is not possible because schedule is already actualised, as-built vs as planned is easy and possible - Any Claim expert could you clarify above statement & my approach is correct??

Hi MD

The text is a clumsy description of a Time Impact Analysis.

Global claims always fail in a tribunal but they can be a useful negotiating tool.
