Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi guys,
I’m looking for good samples of planning/scheduling section in oil and gas EPC contract.
I’ve to write this part in our EPC contract.
Any advice will be highly appreciated.
Best regards,
Andrew

I see you posted this question some time ago. I have dealt with offshore EPIC contracts, similar to your EPC type. If you are still looking for pointers, get in touch.

Andrew, you might like to consider the content of the PFE Change Management Supplements, written to enable the JCT forms of contract to be SCL Protocol compliant. You can download a specimen of that for JCT98 from www.pickavance.net. Although set out for JCT98, the principles can be applied to any contract. See also the guidance notes which explian the principles.
