Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

My company provides Forensic Programming services to the construction industry, and we have two in-house senior programming experts, both with over 25 years of experience as Planners, who are both willing to spend an hour after work (6pm) in our Wanchai office for anyone that would like to draw from our experience and learn about the art of Planning. This offer does not extend to training in the use of Project Management software.

I would very much like to take you up on your offer, question within the realms of claims; do you have a tried and tested methodolgy or process, you use to establish. What sort of claim you are handling, where is the documentation to build or establish cause and effect, what do you do when there is none, or very fragmented information to access.

I could go on, but I think you can get the just of my question.

Kind Regards

Clive Holloway Does your offer made on 4th April still valid? or has it expired? I am planning engineer working with AOKI before and now working with Projexasia. I have been exposed to delay analysis and extension of time albeit as the providing the records and original programme to our "consultant forensic planner". My office is here in Wanchai also, could I drop in sometimes, got some few questions to ask about delay analysis and EOT and float ownership. Thanks a lot. William

Let's start with the basics: Describe the project. Typically for a construction project we need to define what we want to build and how we want to procure it. These details would affect the basics of the design process. Do you have a project in mind, or is it general info you are after ?
Clive, Sounds like a generous great offer. Why has no-one responded ? Looks like no one wants FREE assistance. Perhaps you have had some direct email responses? Kind Regards...James
