I have received a Power Project programme which I can’t open because I have version 5 and the programme I received is in version 3 or earlier. Any suggestions on how I can remedy this problem? Thanks

Have given up on it. I don’t have maintenance for PowerProject as I don’t use it and I was talking to Asta about the problem. If I had maintenance it is a job for them and would take a few days. PDF will have to do.

If you still have maintenance contact ASTA directly

I checked again. I have PowerProject 5 and when I try to open the mail a text box comes up in PowerProject saying "The project is in a version that is too old to be converted. (Before version 3.0)". Any thoughts?

If you have version 5 and the programme you want to open is from version 3, there should not be any problem.

But as the latest version is 9, it is not likely that you would receive a programme in version 3. (Or was it 8 instead?).

Anyway ASTA helpdesk is very good in answering the customer problems. So I suggest you contact them.
