Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello Ritesh,

You are in the Planning Planet Network, just simply click on forum then you can have what you want. Actually your is related to what? an Oil & Gas Construction, or a Shutdown or something. A power plant or a Petro Chem.

Well, you are already in the Forum...what a suggestion.

Bye for now :)

Ritesh,

There are many planning tools/software available: eg. Primavera, MSP (no offence to any other software users). Each type has its advantages.....as will be noted in the many discussion threads in this forum.

Can you please expand on what your planning needs are; what skills are available to construct/administer a programme, how big your projects are likely to be, and what type of project ie. Design, Manufacturing, Maintenance Scheduling, Outages; do you want a very basic bar-chart or do you want to resource and cost-load the programme?

Cheers.

James.
