•     Preparation of project execution plan in accordance with the quality, safety and contractual requirements.
•     Liaising with client on a daily basis for various contractual matters, strategic planning, and document and material approvals, Monthly invoicing etc.
•     Prepare, Analyze and communicate Work Plan and Responsibilities pertaining to each Site Personnel.
•     Preparation of Progress Evaluation Criteria and Payment Schedule to best suit the Sub-Contractor’s Scope of Work.
•     Preparation of Procurement Schedule in line with the vendors Compliances.
•     Preparation of format for Document Submittal Registers to account the traceability of documents and progress evaluation criteria of submittals.
•     Preparation of Report Formats, Weekly reports, Monthly reports etc. Liaising with Client in case of any discrepancies in progress percentages.
•     Attending Weekly and Monthly Progress review meeting to ascertain the progress to be with in the acceptance limits and is consistent.
•     Preparation and evaluation of Weekly look-ahead schedule and Listing out the anticipatory manpower and equipment requirement schedule.
•     Preparation, compilation and presentation of Project Close-out Dossier.
