Planning & scheduling:
- Maintain various project schedules using Primavera P3 & P6 Project Management Software including those for sub-projects, studies and bid
- Project base budgets, manpower, equipment & material allocation
- Work breakdown structure and organization breakdown structure
- Recourse & cost calculations, loading in program, their leveling and analysis
- Program graphics; histograms, S-curves & advance reporting
- Program look ahead and tracking
Proposal & Bidding:
- Prepare technical tender evaluations. Prepare various presentation and progress reports.
- Cost estimation, budgeting and cash flow for upcoming projects.
- Preparation of proposal program & Resource analysis for upcoming bids
- Deals with all queries, pre bid meetings & correspondence regarding bids.
- Rate analysis and quantity verifications for all bids.
Project Invoices & Billing:
- Preparation, submitting & approvals of invoices
- Follow up & co-ordinations for billing, cash flows with clients & consultants
- Calculate & analyze variations & revisions in quantities and their cost impact
Project Budgets & Costing:
- Monitoring and controlling project internal budgets
- Evaluation & cost control of projects and their analysis, monthly & annual profit / loss.
Progress Reports & Project Status:
- Develop/establish weighting (EWF), progress, Key performance indices KPIs, manpower and equipment deployment.
- Weekly & Monthly Look Ahead program
- Action Plans & Micro Programs to ensure timely completion of project
- External & Internal Earned value analysis
- Advanced progress reports using Latest softwares and Graphical presentations
- Daily, weekly Progress monitoring meetings, Discussions, Presentations
