• Provided strategic schemes to easily and accurately consolidate information from subcontractors, site agents, construction people, etc., for use in updates, analysis and reporting.
• Designed on-the-fly reports, such as cost loadings, earned value, resource histogram and etc., extracted from data in the Primavera 6 using external applications such as excel, access, crystal reports.
• Responsible for updating periodic project progress and reports (including S-curve, manpower & equipments, drawing submittals, narrative reports)
• Assisted in delay and impact analysis.
• Providing working programs for the site engineers and sub-contractors.
• Liaising with the site agent and surveyor throughout the process, making adjustments to projects as necessary and providing the probable outcome and impact to the project.
