Input the resource as material, direct/general equipment and direct/indirect manpower to the Master Programme.

Creating a measurement system to measure the physical progress at site.

Creating WBS Code and Facility Code based on Area-Subarea-Facility-Sub Facility-Discipline. 

Collaborate in the preparation and update of comprehensive plans, policies, reports, budgets and other documents.

Make Coordination with Procurement-Logistic-Engineering-Construction-Mining Operation-HSEC-Document Control Division.

Creating monitoring form (such as, manpower and equipment) in excel spreadsheet. 

Using Pertmaster Analysis to analyze the schedule from Primavera.
