Current Role : Planning Engineer

1. Review/approve contractor's work programs submissions.
2. Advise and assist the contractor in the development of the work programs.
3. Takes The Lead In The Development And Maintenance Of Any Periodic       (Monthly) Status Reports To Keep Management And/Or Owner Informed On The Project Progress. These Reports May Include Labor Productivity, Schedule Status, Financial Analysis, Cost Performance Reports (CPR) And Earned Value Curves Reports On Either Direct Or Indirect Construction Activities That Are A Part Of The Work
4. Assist In Extension Of Time Claims Using Different Methods Of Delay Analysis
5. Record and report the actual progress of the work versus the planned work.
6. Consolidation and presentation of Consultants weekly reports
