Responsible for running the full service of planning for Al Wakrah Stadium Precinct Project, the proposed venue up to quarter finals for the Qatar, 2022 FIFA World Cup and Confederation Gulf Cup within KEO’s Project Management and Construction Management remit.

Established and managed master programme for the precinct and supported overall programme for the client Supreme Committee of Delivery & Legacy. Managed review of design consultants and contractors baseline programme, its regular updates, EOT claim analysis and authorities permitting programme. Established project procedures, design and construction progress measurement methodology. Also developed procurement programme and supported bid evaluation for all construction packages namely early works, enabling works and main contract. Was involved in finalizing Planning requirements for tender documents.
