August, 2006 - Preparing the Master Programme of Works for various Projects with the scope in Sewerage, Storm Water, Water Works, Irrigation, Electrical, Telephone, Road Works, Substation, Irrigation Reservoir/Pump Station, other essential utilities, Highways, Parking, Landscaping, Brdiges, and Airport.
- Prepare monthly reports, weekly reports, daily reports and night shift report.
- Update of Over-All Programme of works, 60-days look ahead and 3-weeks look ahead.
- Prepare and submit the project status report, equipment and manpower.
- Prepare and submit updated/revised baseline work programme based on revision of scope and additional works.
- Monitor programme of works for sub-contractor and fit outs.
- Prepare impact analysis for additional/revisions of works and submit claims substantiation.
- Monitor and control the work on site as per the sequence of activities according to the Over-All Programme of Works.
- Conduct random site visit for improvement of works and maximize the production on site.
- Coordinate to all Departments and Site personnel the status and productivity of the projects.
