·            Working closely with the Project Manger & Construction managers as required in implementation of procedures, system and reports for project status including budgets, expenditures, schedules, and project progress and forecasts Conducting Feasibility Studies.

·            Preparation of Interim Claim based on (Window analysis /Impacted as plan method).

·            Analysis of Critical path and delay culpability of all parties in monthly dashboard report.

·            Evaluation and finalization of Subcontractor Claims

·            Performing all tasks related to cost/schedule of design and construction as well as provide schedule status and updates. ·Providing forecasts, assisting with estimating changes & providing claims analysis

·            Developing of baseline schedule submittals, developing and maintaining a cost/schedule control system to provide client management and the program with the decision making tools for project control.

·            Interfacing with clients and upper management and coordinating project controls with other related programs and with the core group.

·            Detail Programmed as per Contract drawings including Resource, Cost loading as per FIDIC conditions of Contract.

·            Monitoring our and sub-contractors progress and reporting to senior management

·            Prepare progress reports (Monthly, Weekly) and track construction progress.

·            Prepare Cash flow for projects & look ahead programme for site team.
