Project Manager for large CCR unit Turnaround. Responsible for ‘Design’ phase, through to ‘Select’ and ‘Define’ stages. Scope included large Reactor Catalyst changes, large Heater Inspection, Column repairs and Heat Exchanger Inspections. Lead role in all Planning/Scheduling issues working closely with Main Mechanical Contractor on an EPC Contract. Responsible for Contract awards, Budget/Cost control, Scheduling and HSE issues
