  • Involved in the technical inputs for the pre-investment researches & the construction cost assumptions for the feasibility study & assist in the economic evaluation of the alternatives.

  • Analyzed and consolidated work breakdown structure (WBS) to integrate & develop the design & construction activities and the cash flow within overall programme and ensuring project constrains are addressed.
  • Prepared Initial Plans included phasing, logistic plans, and storage & facilities areas & updates.
  • Review & approve the contractor's construction schedule (CCS), cost loading, manpower histogram, the project's cash flow and monitor the updates, & identified areas to recover the time & reduce on cost -if any negative deviation-.
  • Analyzed the impact dependencies and updates to project schedules and took mitigating actions to manage baseline target dates, taking into consideration resource allocations and constraints.
  • Controlled projects schedule by Earned Value Indicators and follow up the actual cost VS budget cost and recommend improvement in progress & cost reduction and cost control measures for all stages.
  • Track project budgets and financials, by thorough booking keeping & monthly reporting of actual and forecast project costs.
  • Successfully completed the projects start up and close off administrative tasks within the budget & time.
