- Reviewing and finalizing the project baseline schedule and progress measurement system.
- Resource loading. Preparation of Manpower Histogram & Progress ‘S’ Curve.
- Providing inputs and active participating in various project meetings.
- Preparation of quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly, weekly management reports & briefs and presentations.
- Progress monitoring and reviewing various progress reports from Contractor.
- Reviewing and coordinating approval of monthly progress invoices.
