Major Works for Baseline Schedule, Revised Schedule & Recovery Schedule

Review the contract documents, BOQ, Drawings and prepare the Master schedule as per project requirement and by assigning Project Calendar, creating required WBS, RBS, CBS- Cost Account and loaded with Resources, Cost.

Submission & Approval of the Master Schedule to Client / Consultant

Analyses of Baseline Update Schedule and Revised it as per Request from Client / Consultant from time to time.

Major Works for Tenders Schedule

Develop the Time schedule with various sequences for the optimum use of resources.

Recommend the management for the feasible duration required for the project.

Recommend the total Resources and Equipment required for the project.

Raising Tender Clarification related to Planning during Pretender and Closing the Queries during Post Tender Clarification.

Major Works for Extension of Time

§  Review the Site Instructions, change orders & variations in timely manner to raise Extension of Time.

§  Preparation & reviewing of various prospective and retrospective delay analysis methods (WA, TIA & IAP)

§  Preparation and defending claims including drafting and conducting critical path delay analysis.

§  Working with the team and determining events for claim issues.

Major Works in Managerial Function

Establish the department procedure, monitor & control and improve.

Attending the key meeting like, Tender meeting, kick off meeting during project start up, Finalization of Clause 14 Schedule, EOT claim meetings.

Organize team of site planning engineer to prepare weekly, monthly report, recovery schedule, EOT for client and internal management.

Organize meeting with the site planning engineer and site management to discuss the issue concern to the project delays and reflect the same to the management.

Prepare and analyze the resources requirement for the company, recommend the management for allocation of resources as per the project requirement.

Review scope criteria and quantities for completeness and reasonableness, and coordinate with the project to prepare cost budget and monitor the same.

Review or assist in reviewing provisions related to schedule and material control and develop supporting data for contract negotiations. Perform productivity analysis of construction operations and verify results. Establish productivity basis to be utilized in estimates, as developed in concurrence with Construction. Review labor estimates for reasonableness.

Review and evaluate schedule durations for all disciplines activities related to the support of project milestones. Supervise or direct the calculation of durations and other considerations affecting activity durations.

 Plan, organize and develop schedule resource loading and leveling. Coordinate development of all bulk commodity release and installation curves. Integrate appropriate staffing requirements for each discipline or specialty related to the overall project needs. Determine quantity and staffing levels in support of the project needs and schedule philosophy.

Support development of scheduling standards and procedures. Compiles, summarizes, updates, and maintains historical schedule data. Monitor and report critical-path and schedule performance of the total project.

Develop project schedule analysis and study of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities. Recommend alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision.

       Prepare and present the Schedule Impact Report. Lead the development and review of schedule recovery plans, including         evaluation of additional resources or costs required to affect such plan. Preparing and presenting planning and scheduling         information to management or clients and responsible for establishing and maintaining the Engineering and Procurement         Schedules.
