DDE DCS HMI Upgrade : Developing, planning, and preparing execution programme and WBS to identify work phases and presenting the time frame set forth by OPQL and managing project data gathered from internal and external sources. Also produced the upfront material & quantity to achieve the offshore target dates.
ORY/ORYX Contract:
Maintain and update project schedule for the Project and report efficiently in close co-ordination to integrate with client scheduler.
Working on Integrated Project Master schedule in P3e, Offshore Sub-project schedule, Contractor and Subcontractors schedules for the execution phases of the project.
Review and prepare Cost control / performance measure reports on weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis and generate forecast reports with remedial actions.
Analyzing deviations from the baseline highlighting bottlenecks/delays, suggesting corrective actions and highlight schedule impact of any variance/change order.
Set up weekly progress review meetings with PM team and provide support to Project Managers for project prioritization. Update management on regular basis the presently and expected work load and to notify the availability of resources to execute the project
