•Schedules
EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) – Developed and maintained an Overall Master Project Schedule in Microsoft Projects. The schedule consist of an integrated WBS structure, multiple fields of activity coding, multiple filter fields, resource loaded with cost estimate and used hyperlinks due to the size of the schedule. Critical path was clearly defined and managed.

Developed detail Basis of Schedule document
Developed Overall Project Reports including executive monthly summary, bi-weekly reports and analysis reports.
Procurement – Developed the POP (Procurement Operating Plan) consisting of all PO’s and using a phase gate approach for tracking progress and to forecast delivery and manage slippage. The progress is linked to the Procurement schedule by using unique ID’s. Developed the SCOP (Sub-Contractor Operating Plan) consisting of all sub-contracts and tracking progress and forecast by using a phase gate approach.
Construction – Setup level 5 tracking system using BOQ and using a phase gate approach to track actual progress.
