Reporting directly to the Nimrod MRA4 project programme controls manager, I am responsible for G&C (Guidance and Controls) and AFCS (Automated Flying Control System) programme; schedules, budget(s), risk and cost and manning/resource control to support and deliver the programme of works as defined in our clients (MoD/RAF) procedures. My responsibilities included:

• Liaising with the lead engineers across the various BAE Systems sites; design, engineering, manufacturing and build as well as any third party project delivery organisations in supporting the creation, development, progression and ongoing improvement of the programme schedule(s).
• Identification, monitoring and reporting of any and all risk(s) associated with the same.
• Cost collection both internal time bookings and external costs and analysing budgetary impact.
• Cost, resource and expense schedule loading of the same.
• Reporting against schedule impacts associated with emergent changes in current project delivery philosophy and additional scope changes.
