Job Description:  
• Preparation of the weekly, monthly and coordination meeting reports. • Updating the program as per the actual progress on site, and retrieve percentages of planned and actual progress.

• Developed Extension of Time Programs and Contract Documentation for claims as per project requirements.

• Instrumental in contract documentation related to contractual issues, claims, delays and impact analysis, etc.

• Preparation of the Project Enhancement Plan (PEP) to control the productivity by minimizing the cost and maximizing the profit.

• Preparation of a detailed program for the most critical phase of the project (curved beams phase) to follow up on every activity individually.

• Developed various recovery/ acceleration programs as per contractual requirements of the projects. • Regular liaison/ coordination with Site Engineers, Project Engineers& Construction Managers.

• Taking part in all the contractual correspondence related to time/ cost, contract, program, and progress issues.

• Responsible for Planning, Monitoring and Control of resources/ cost.

• Preparation of critical indicators sheets & histogram, and submission of expected manpower & material needs to higher management.

• Collecting data on site of the actual progress of work, and informing management on critical issues in need of acceleration.

• Scheduled, conducted and participated in progress, coordination and technical project meetings.

• Regular liaison/ coordination with subcontractors and suppliers on issues related to program/ progress of work.

• Developed and monitored various tracking schedules for subcontractor/ supplier approvals.

• Attendance of both internal and external meetings.

• Preparation of logs and schedules concerning the status of SD’s, MAR’s, RFI’s, & MS’s.
