Joined Motorola on 19th February 2001 to work in Program Management Office implementing an Enterprise Project Management System (Primavera TeamPlay/P3e) in the UK. SME (subject matter expert), System Super User, Application Administrator and approved trainer for the EPMS covering Europe, Middle East and Africa. During this period of employment I was responsible for the roll out of TeamPlay/P3e which included producing process documents, designing and presenting training material for both Novice and Advanced users. I also set up a usergroup within Motorola which covered 26,000 users worldwide with over 25,000 projects. also responsible for managing the application helpdesk for the EMEA region. During this period of employment I also set up a series of working groups to address issues such as Risk Management, Resource Management, Earned Value/Performance Indices and report writing to name a few.
