I am providing a brief overview of the work that I am recently involved ;
Working on a unique EPIC project of MENA region with approximately 1 million Sqm area which involves, Construction of 23 number Fire Training Props, A Waste Water Treatment Plant, A Safety College, Substations, Different Types of Storage Tanks, Landscaping Works, Peripheral Fencing, Road works ETC. Basically involved in all the Major Project Control activities. Prepared A Master resources loaded Schedule of more than 8000 Activities Using Primavera 6.0 with a planned Manhours of 4.2 Millions hours , finalized Document Control Register containing in excess of 7000 Design Document deliverables as a dynamic document using M S excel 2007, finalized Procurement Control Register consists of 300 major equipments and line list items. Prepared a progress measurement system for the purpose of interim monthly payments, prepared a recovery schedule and RACI chart in order to bring the project on to the original schedule. Prepared individual curves for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, commissioning & Overall curves, Finalized Progress Measurement System for Interim monthly Billings Purpose
